Windsor police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man with medical issues missing from his Arthur Road home.
The man, 27, is white and about five feet eight inches tall. He has a beard and was wearing a blue and black baseball hat with a skull on it.
He was also wearing a blue and white checked jacket and grey jeans.
He was last seen about 8:15 p.m. in the area of Arthur Road and Seminole Street. His family believes he may be over-medicated.
Police ask anyone who spots him to call 911.
